R&D Assistant Manager - Hair Care

Understand consumer need and translation into technical properties and performance characteristic.
Anticipate, assess and minimize of PR issue and competitive challenge. Competitor monitoring
Mainly focus on developing Standard Performance Test for Haircare products (Coordinate with Experts/ Researchers in Skin Care Center)
Coordinate with Experts/Researchers/Academic Institutes to create New Innovation/Patent in Hair care.
Contact point in Vietnam for matters related to Hair & Scalp, Hair care product’s performance information.
Catch the latest Technology, market trend, new ideas about Hair care products and work closely with Formulation team to develop product ahead the market, highly competitive to competitors.
Responsible for laboratory safety management
Develop and maintain technical in Hair Care center team.
Develop Standard Performance Test which can be applied for the whole group.
Generate and support for product claim/communication.

Able to manage people and drive team in achieving target on time.
Experience in microbiology is an advantage.
Keen on learning, developing New Testing Method & Product Evaluation Application
Experience in setting and examining liked- Clinical test, Panel test.
Master in using Lab Equipment, Machinery Testing Method
Work fluently & comfortably with regional partners and other OPCOs.
Able to generate new initiatives and innovations.
Min 5 years’ experience about Hair care formulation/product in FMCG industry
