R&D Coordinator (F&B)

Conducting product research and development, as well as related tasks for VFBS brands, which include Domino&039;s Pizza, Popeyes, and Burger King.

Support new product development through activities such as experimentation, testing, and construction of standard formulas for new products, raw materials, and replacement materials.
Manage restaurant norms and ensure processing standards are maintained at the store level.
Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop brand concepts.
Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to establish raw material standards and processing procedures in accordance with brand requirements and regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Handle documents, vouchers, and product records for brands.
Coordinate with the Training/Operations department to train store personnel on product processing and new product service procedures.

Passion for and skills in the kitchen are advantageous.
Must be agile, proactive, and open in communication.
University graduate in Food, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Effective in arranging and organizing work, with strong team coordination skills.
Willingness to relocate as per job requirements.
Proficient in conversational English.
Experience in research and development (R&D) within food and beverage (FnB) chains is a plus.
