R&D Documentation Staff

Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of product BOMs and picking documents.
Requires the ability to understand engineering drawings to verify material usage and part quantities.
Understand about bill of material (BOM) structure of product.
Work directly between engineering, suppliers and purchaser to ensure product BOMs are setup correctly to issue jobs.
Ability to use CAD programs (Auto- CAD, Adobe Illustrator …) to investigate design and verify BOM accuracy. Conducts BOM and pick document reviews at various steps in the assembly and fabrication processes.
Generate, update and release picking documents.
Assist in creating new Bills of Materials and maintaining existing Bills of Materials.
Requires some knowledge in Engineering Change (EC) for product from manufacture site.
Requires some knowledge and understanding of Bill of Materials within an ERP system and how they affect the manufacturing process.
Close cooperation with the design department and sales departments to optimally implement customer requests

Must be proficient in Office skill, Auto- CAD, Adobe Illustrator.
> 1 year experience.
University degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical major
Experience with ERP system.
Good in English communication, writing, reading.
Understanding about electrical/electronic component/material.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
