R&D Engineer

 Prepare 3D part drawing and detail 2D drawing, subassembly drawing, exploded view. Performing dimensioning and tolerance calculations. Capable to apply geometric tolerance dimensioning.
 Follow up competitive benchmarking and feasibility study.
 Follow up projects from design to mass production release.
 Follow up continuous product improvement actions
 Prepare 3D layout for ID to precede conceptual design.
 Initiate documentation like BOM, ECO and SER.
 Coordinate with PMC and purchasing to organize EB, pilot run.
 Follow up tool plan, mold and die debugging. Evaluate the new part according to the drawing.
 Keep product file as most updated.
 Follow up safety approval with laboratory.
 Follow up reliability testing with QA laboratory.
 Communicate with suppliers to confirm component specification, target cost and lead- time.
 Follow up hand made samples and rapid prototyping.

Good computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication,
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Other Skills
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in project follow up in the engineering industry/ ECO Engineer.
Academic: University Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Management, Production or other related Engineering discipline or equivalent Years of experience
Experience in Plastic Molding & Metal operations; Experience in Gearbox system & Motor structure is an advantage Special knowledge
Working location: Currently work at Dai Dang IZ- Binh Duong. 5/2024 will relocate to SHTP- Dist. 9- HCMC
Good level of written English
Familiar with 2D and 3D CAD, UG or Pro- E is advantage
