R&D Executive (Fresher Welcomed)

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

Researching fabrics, logo treatments, hat- making techniques, technologies, and machines
Working closely with sampler maker and hat developer to build up samples
Develop creative designs and concepts for hats that align with Western customer’s preferences.
Design and Redesign hats and caps

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Bachelor degree in fashion design, graphic design, R&D is plus
Experience in doing Market research is a plus
Good command of English
Good knowledge on Western culture (history, fashion, activities)
Passion for fashion, especially hats and accessories.
Enthusiastic, proactive, fast leaner
Basic skill of design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
