Main purpose:
· Plans, conducts and manages trials to characterize the field performance of products/ projects in line with technical objectives provided by the regional portfolio solution team and the company stewardship guidelines. Summarizes data at the local level and contributes to regional and global field data summaries in line with the field research process. Provides local knowledge on crop management practices, issues, and trends to portfolio solution team as well as local commercial organizations. Support field demo trials and technical presentations to the commercial team for successful product launches as part of a cross- functional team in Vietnam. Reports to portfolio solution manager and Chief of Rep Office.
Key Objectives:

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assisting with Demo trials for launches / campaigns.
· Build the strong relationship with growers/ customers in the assigned area
· Providing technical needs and activities essential to the business unit.
· Preparing the dosage rate for supporting the product registration/label expansion based on bio- efficacy data.
· Processing the data from own trials and data from other field conductors. Based on product performance, providing main observations and recommendations to the portfolio and cross- functional product development team.
· Supporting the generating local data for positioning/ repositioning products.
· Supporting/Training for customers/growers/Nufarm staff.
· Measuring the field performance, understanding resistance issues, and identifying trends and issues relative to the competition in the assigned area.
· Capable of ideal field trial execution; from preparing the protocol, selecting field trial sites, evaluating trial results, forecasting sample needs and organizing local shipments of test items. Accountable for exact planting, applications and evaluations as well reliable data providing.
· Representative as an expert on the company for its products from a technical perspective. Working as company in the assigned area and related activities.
