R&D Manager

Lead new product development (NPD) projects from concept, formulation, testing to commercialization
Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Marketing throughout the NPD process
Ensure products comply with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement R&D plans aligned with the company’s business strategy
Lead, train, and develop the R&D team
Improve existing products by optimizing formulation, quality, stability, and cost
Support sensory evaluation and consumer testing activities
Conduct lab trials, pilot tests, and coordinate scale- up to mass production
Manage R&D project timelines, budget, and technical documentation

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in food R&D, preferably in FMCG
Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields
Experience in new product development and scale- up
Good project management and cross- functional collaboration skills
Good command of technical English
Strong knowledge of industrial food processing and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000)
At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
