R&D Manager (Long An/Pharmaceutical)

• Drafting SOP for R&D Department, R&D staffs and developing KPI for R&D Department.
• Evaluating the stability of the product and the capability of the source of ingredients.
• Developing standard procedures for researching, and producing Infusion and other products of the new factory.
• Scheduling a timetable and progress of researching, producing Infusions, and other products of the factory.
• Other jobs according to the assignment of BOD.
• Researching on the drug formulation (Infusion Products).

•Qualification: University graduate or higher majoring in Pharmacy.
•Experience: 10 years working in the field of Pharmacy or a similar position.English Proficiency

•Vacation regime (12 days of leave), holidays according to state regulations.
