R&D Scientist (Temporary 12 Months)

Research and develop new products as required by the company (in co- ordination with Marketing Department)
Take part in ISO9000, HACCP… activities
Support to conduct shelf life studies
Conduct analysis on market complaints about products and recalled products
Conduct analysis on competitor’s product
Take part in training QA and production staff in running the process
Prepare documents to register product certificate
Co- ordinate with all supporting departments for smooth operation and troubleshooting (related job)
Conduct evaluation and testing of alternate materials to expand material choice without compromising product quality
Conduct regular sensory evaluation of products
Follow instructions from higher authorities in doing R&D works
Provide documented standards and specifications for all the ingredients, process and finished products.
Conduct cost saving activities or product modifications
Formulate products

Graduate /Post graduate in Food Technology or Chemistry or Bio Chemistry or related field
Ready to work in highly competitive environment- tight schedules & stiff targets
Good sensory skill
2 years experience in R&D department in food related industry
Good team spirit
Fast learning
Ability to speak fluent English
Experience in ISO, GMP & other certifications
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office softwares – Excel, Word, etc.
