The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Orientation, unity, team development to bring the highest efficiency in work.

*** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Trend research : cutlery, leather good, Accessory trend research.
Making 3D, 2D drawing if necessary
Contact and discuss with customer about requirements, technical, new sample or modification into drawing and report to customer if happen any issue.
Making weekly report sample development schedule to R&D director.
Monitoring and supervision: 3D, 2D drawing, making sample
Support and connect to other departments about technical.
Making plan, estimation volume for new samples, solving problems arising in the sampling
Discuss with director about technical to choose best solution.
Connect and keep tracking on mold schedule, coordinate with production, QA,QC to solve arising problem
Discuss with material supplier about technical
Technical involve : make solution for production.
Hardware development : make construction. Counter soursing. Apply New material. Give new solution to buyer
Checking parts and material from supplier before starting production
Supporting planning team to make BOM for production.
Metal sample build : make schedule . Follow up process. Leading development.
Hardware design : design for US market, European market.
Research and develop product
Analyze new sample, design drawings 3D, 2D and guideline for production.

Mechanical knowledge aand mechanical deisign
At least 5 years experience in R&D Senior manager position
Mechanical 3D software: Creo(2.0); Rhino.
Office soffware
ERP
Ability to work independently and thinking quickly.
English skill: read, write, speak English fluently
Ability to think 3D well.
Ability to manage job and human well.
Ability to analyze and solve requirements, issues well.
