The Coach is a leading e- learning platform that provides high- quality educational content to students of all ages. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Material Developer ( R&D Specialist) to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing student learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Research:

Analyze similar educational solutions on the market to identify best practices and areas for innovation.
Conduct research to further understand learner’s needs.

Material Development:

Ensure that materials align with the company&039;s teaching objectives and educational standards.
Design and develop high- quality learning materials that cater to students&039; needs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective content.

Quality Control:

Ensure materials are error- free and meet the highest quality standards.
Implement rigorous QC processes to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of learning materials.

Implementation:

Monitor the performance and usability of materials within the app.
Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to material implementation.
Integrate learning materials into our teaching app, ensuring a seamless and user- friendly experience for students.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about new educational tools and techniques to incorporate into our materials.
Gather and analyze feedback from students, teachers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Continuously update and enhance learning materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

Effective teamwork skills.
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Fluent English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or higher), with a good sense of natural conversational English.
Ability to work with collaborators in various fields to create suitable materials for each group.
Good communication skills.
Quick adaptability, strong self- learning and research abilities.
At least 1 year of experience in developing learning materials or in a similar position.
Ability to use ChatGPT and AI tools to assist in material development and quality control.
Ability to digitize and measure the effectiveness of developed learning materials.

Salary and Bonuses:

Monthly salary: 12,000,000 VND- 18,000,000 VND depending on experience.
