R&D Technical Manager (JavaScript, Golang)

As the Research and Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the Vietnam R&D team from scratch (0 to 1), ensuring high- quality software development and delivery. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet business requirements. You will need solid software development skills and excellent leadership abilities to guide team members and foster teamwork.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
Ensure on- time delivery of high- quality software products that meet business requirements and technical standards.
Lead and manage the R&D team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team building.
Ensure the team supplies best practices and emerging technologies, maintains sensitivity to technology trends, and provides corresponding training and advice;
Design and implement technical architecture to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
Manage project progress and resource allocation to ensure that the project proceeds as planned and report project progress in a timely manner.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical problems;

Possess problem- solving skills and stress tolerance, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast- paced work environment;
Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to work with different teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
Have solid experience in software architecture design and development, and be able to design and build high- performance, scalable and secure applications;
Have at least 5 years of work experience in the software development field, and be familiar with common programming languages ​​and frameworks, such as JavaScript, Go, etc.;
Be sensitive to emerging technologies and industry trends and have the ability to learn new technologies.

Allowance: 80k/day after official promotion
