Raw Materials Buyer - Short term 9 months (Quảng Ngãi)

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintenance and issuance of Purchase Orders on time which minimize inventory levels and satisfied production demands. Communication and management of vendors as related to on- time deliveries and inventory turns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Placement of orders with vendors, as well as, expediting, deferring and canceling.
Communication and management of vendors
Master the progress of ongoing new programs and make it happen as fast as possible
Manage purchasing parameters in AS400 and keep it updated and accurate
- Weekly forecast communication
- Yearly / Periodically review the purchasing volume/value with Vendor to set up next price target
- Daily order delivery communications
- Monthly / Periodically review with vendors to point out their strengthen and weakness and action plan if needed
Basic technical mastery of product managed by
Analyzing and maintaining appropriate inventory levels; do not store slow moving aged inventory
- Filing all the technical standard and master sample
- Basic production process
- Understanding the basic test need and how it performed
Performs other related jobs as assigned by Supervisor/ Dept Head.
Responsible for completing personal professional development plan

Education
Four- year university degree or similar level of knowledge
