Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated live- in nanny who also serves as a private English tutor for two children aged 2 and 4. The ideal candidate will support their early English development through play, lessons, and structured activities. While each child has their own primary nanny, you will step in when the other nannies are off and provide full- time support. When the children are at school (8:15 AM – 2:35 PM), you will assist with house chores such as laundry and cooking. You will also travel with the family when needed and supervise the children during holidays or in emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel with the family, including car rides and flights

• Provide daily English lessons and age- appropriate educational activities
• Supervise the children and monitor their health, responding in emergencies as needed
• Assist with homework and reinforce knowledge through structured practice at home
• Support daily routines: meals, hygiene, nap time, and bedtime as required
• Handle light household tasks during school hours (laundry, cooking, etc.)
• Step in as full- time nanny when primary caregivers are off
Schedule:
• Live- in position – full- time presence required
• Must be available for evenings, holidays, travel, and substitute care when needed
• No regular days off during the week (except for designated time off listed in benefits)
• Children attend school daily from 8:15 AM to 2:35 PM

• Flexible, reliable, caring, and professional
• Fluent or highly proficient in English
• Ability to travel with children and care for them during flights and car trips
• Attentive to children’s health and able to act quickly in emergencies
• Experience in tutoring young children or early childhood education
• Previous nanny or childcare experience, preferably with toddlers and preschoolers

Salary & Benefits:
• Year- end performance bonus
• Monthly salary: 20,000,000 VND
• Live- in accommodation and meals provided
• Annual salary increase based on performance
• 1 day off per month
• TRC (Temporary Residence Card) and other employee benefits
• Weekends, public holidays, and summer holidays off only apply to the children — you remain on duty
• 5 days off during Lunar New Year (bonus in cash if you stay with the family during the holiday)
