R&D Electrical Engineer/ Assistant Manager/ Specialist (Hardware Design)

We are looking for Electrical R&D Enginer/ Specialist/ Assistant Manager who are willing to work for R&D Center in Thang Long II Industrial Zone, Hung Yen and will be in charge of design electrical parts for Washig Machine with the detailed description below:
• Conduct test, collect, analysize, evaluate testing data, and generate repective reports.
• Manage subordinates and evaluate performance of project&039;s members to ensure design quality and schedule
• Report and support Manager to build up Department policy as well as section&039;s Business Plan.
• Prepare development documentation related to Electrical of Washing Machine product.
• In charge of design Electrical parts for Washing Machine such as: motor, sensor, feeding valve, etc.
• Fix and find countermeasure if any error happen.

• Having knowledge about hardware (PCB circuit, MCU, PWB) and related (Labview, NI equipment) is a plus
• Good at English or Japanese.
• Strong computer proficiency is a must-have, especially MS office.
• Have good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Fresh graduate with a remarkable ability and good attitude is acceptable.
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Electrics/ Electrical, Controlling and Automation, Mechatronics or related.
• Be familiar with PCB design (pattern, circuit, FCT, ICT, DIP, PCB production process).
• Be proactive, punctual, careful and ready to learn.
• Have experience in CR5000 is advantageous.
• Strong multi-tasking skills are essential.
