R&D Manager (Footwear)

Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for an R&D Manager (Footwear, $4000, ID14828)

Research and test to create products that meet requirements
Research the needs and future direction of the customer
Verify the accuracy of the collected information
Support recruitment and training of employees for the R&D department
Manage and supervise employees&039; performance in the department
Regularly update information related to the project, identify target markets and information related to the project
Oversee the entire process of developing products, ensuring the company achieves its research and product development goals
Based on product development information, do analysis and evaluation activities to support other departments to understand and perform the following work well
Analyze and synthesize information into understandable information
Suggest the Board of Directors make decisions on choosing appropriate product development directions
Make plans, testing, and actual production.
Deploy product production processes and monitor, adjust and supplement
Recommend choosing suppliers and appropriate raw materials.
Supervise and manage all new product and process development activities
Track and manage costs related to products

Good knowledge and experience of footwear processes manufacturing and footwear chemicals industry
Male/Female. Under 40 years old
Bachelor&039;s Degree in the major of Chemistry or related fields
Have from 05 years of working experience in a similar position at shoe form, chemical, shoe lining manufacturing company.
Fluent in English
