R&D Project Manager

Continuously carry out target / actual comparisons with regard to the project goals (time and costing aspects). Bring projects back on track to achieve the goals set. Report the current project status to top management on a regular basis.
Organize the project kickoff with project members and stakeholders.
Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and be responsible for internal and external project communications. Distribute and prioritize work breakdown packages to the project teams.
Define project milestones and project phases. Identify possible risks and at the same time derive measures for minimization.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in electrical/electronics, mechanical engineering, economics or comparable qualifications
Being assertive, communicative and determined personality who independently takes on projects, drives them forward even against resistance and ultimately leads to success
Knowledge of PM tools
Above 2 years of experience of project management in the technical area
Fluency in English.
