Navigossearch&039;s client is a big FDI company located in Quang Nam province looking for position of R&D Senior Manager who is responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the total operations of the R&D of QuangNam Branch, details as below
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create the synergy effect cooperating with global member
- Develop local R&D suppliers and build up strong relationship.
- Manage new products and CI Projects to meet target.
- Develop end consumer centric innovation pipeline, utilize agile processes
- Create and find innovation technology with global members.
- Support the plant in R&D topics
- Build up team.
- Develop R&D Strategy mid and long term strategy for Danang
- Increase Utilization of CAE capabilities
- Set up state of the art function testing and prototype facilities
Administration
- To assist in all R&D training.
- To train personnel in the R&D team in every aspect
- Apply best practices for strengthening the effects
- To manage, evaluate and feedback R&D
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Investment knowledge and Business Administration.
- Age from 35 years-old
- Good at planning and controlling
- Knowledge & Skills: Mechanical engineering knowledge and skills, Solid understanding for R&D
- Leadership skill, good communication skill, willing to work under pressure, teamwork environment.
- Good analysis and problem solving
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the position of Leader in a multi-national company.
- Male with bachelor&039;s degree in technology or above
- Welcome candidates who is willing to relocate to Quang Nam/Da Nang province
- Fluent in english
