R&D Team Leader

- Product Design Validation based on Design For Manufacturability criteria, providing detailed reports and analysis on the impact of the design on labor cost, reliability and manufacturability in the form of Sample Inspection Reports for each Samples Batch that is manufactured during Design Validation stage and complying with customer requirements.- Fast prototyping service, ensure that prototypes are provided in quick time according to customer request and in coordination with the rest of teams inside Business Development area.- Design of Product with suppliers, ensuring that the processes from suppliers are suitable, simplified and can comply with specification requirements. Continuous learning from Supplier's expertise and advise to enhance the excellence of the designs.- Managing and participating to solve any design issues related to customer claims or improvement programs conducted in the company.- Customer Technical Service and guidance, handling the communication to work with and answer technical and product related questions and topics from customers with the aim to solve customer problems and create a value added for them.- All the responsibilties of hierarchical depending positions detailed in approved Org Chart of Premo Viet Nam.* Benefit- Annual healthcare- 24/24 Insurance- Team building and many excited activities to warm up spirit- Skill and specializing training- Good benefits, 13th month salary, holiday bonus- Shuttle bus for transportation

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in similar job
-Fulfil all requirements of an R&D Engineer.
- Capable of effective communication in local language as well as good English to work directly with customer discussing technical topics.
- Leading skills and work arrangement.
- Skills of project management.
- Proactive person, team work orientated, problem solving orientated.
