React Engineer

Hybr1d is a fast- growing start- up that offers a comprehensive platform designed to help businesses manage their people, apps, and devices in one place. As the primary source of truth, our platform connects employee data across every system within a company, streamlining administrative tasks across IT, HR, and Finance departments. Our goal is to simplify and automate processes, allowing businesses to focus on what matters most- their core operations.

We are looking for a skilled React Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Hybr1d. As a React Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our comprehensive platform that helps businesses manage their people, apps, and devices. This is a full- time role, with the option to work remotely. The job location is in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
4 to 6 years of experience with React.js
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
Familiarity with modern front- end build pipelines and tools
Excellent problem- solving and communication skills

Develop user interfaces using React.js
Optimize components for maximum performance across different devices and browsers
Build reusable components and front- end libraries
Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose suitable solutions
Stay up- to- date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
