React Native Lead

● Collaborating with other engineers or team members on various layers of the infrastructure, in order to design and launch new features.
● Being involved in all phases of software engineering, from inception to coding, testing, delivery and operation.
● Developing high quality code that follows best practices and clean code principles.
● Advocate for improvements to product quality, security and performance.
● Interacting with the client in order to understand and characterize their needs and advise them if necessary.
● Collaborating in a cross functional product team and with other teams on solving customer problems by delivering product functionalities and support.

● Working experience with automated unit and integration testing (Junit, Mockito, Sinon, Jest, Mockery).
● Strong communication abilities: being comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
● Familiar with Linux and Virtualization, preferable Docker.
● Understand the importance of writing highly Maintainable Code, Clean Code.
● Agility: being familiar with Agile and Lean methodologies.
● Working experience of various JavaScript frameworks. We currently use npm, webpack, React, Redux, React- Router, node.js, Express.js, Promises, Babel, ESLint.
● Basic knowledge of Web application security.
● Working experience with a UI library.
● Good at communication skills in general and English skills in particular.
● Have experience/knowledge of Microservices and Docker container technology managed with Kubernetes.
● Working experience with version control (GIT and version control repositories as GitHub would be a plus).
● At least 5+ years experience in JavaScript and more than 3+ years in ReactJS.
● Familiar with continuous integration tools.
