Real Estate Ambassador (Korean Speaking)

- Actively prospect for new leads and clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Property for lease: Lake Tower, Grand Marina Residences and Lumiere Riverside (apartment and shophouse)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and strategies.
- Conduct market research and stay up- to- date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Attend property viewings, inspections, and appraisals to represent clients&039; interests.
- Prepare and present property listings, offers, and purchase agreements to clients.
- Negotiate and facilitate successful transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest level of professionalism.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast- paced environment.
- Resourceful, self- motivated, and articulate
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Candidates who can start work within short notice will be preferred.
- Ability to network and develop strong customer relationships.
- Able to converse well in English and with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Korean or Japanese would be advantageous for the position.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferably University degree holders in Hospitality. Fresh graduates and/or graduates with working experience in the Hospitality industry are welcome.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
- Detail- oriented, highly organized, technology savvy, proficient in MS Office and social media.
