Report regularly, periodically, or unexpectedly on the implementation of bidding work to superiors.
Receive bidding invitation information from the Management Board/Business Department.
Provide information to the Materials and Equipment Department to survey the prices of materials and equipment to provide to the Bidding Department for preparing bid unit prices.
Develop and improve the bidding process.
Coordinate with relevant departments to survey the site, complete bidding documents, and check settlement and payment documents between the Company and the Investor/subcontractors.
Control, guide, and train personnel in the Bidding Department to break down quantities and create detailed and accurate bidding items (BOQ for bids).
Provide complete winning bid documents to the Project Management Department for deployment of construction work.
Ensure confidentiality, honesty, and transparency in the performance of duties and be personally responsible to the Management Board for the results of bidding/quotations.
Carefully and thoroughly review and analyze bidding documents.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
Periodically build, supplement, and update data on materials/machinery and equipment, price data of bidding packages, and raw materials according to market fluctuations to serve bidding, check settlement and payment documents, and select subcontractors...
