Receivable Accountant Executive

Objective of role
Payable Accountant Executive mainly in- charge payments related tasks of E- commerce site as well assupporting offline stores; works closely with all department to support daily accounting tasks.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
▪ Assist in stock count
▪ E- invoice: Issue e- invoice for each receipt, ensure all sales in NAV are matched with VNPT system,Work with VNPT to solve pending problems, follow up the amount of e- invoice usage and preparenecessary documents for announcement of new issuance with tax office.
▪ Other tasks can be required
▪ Handling refund cases: receive the request with approval from managers, check if this bill is returned in Navision, make payment request to refund to customers
▪ Sales reconciliation: Collect data from stores, 3rd parties (landlord, payment service provider, delivery supplier etc.), reconcile with bank statement, ensure all bills are collected.
▪ Booking in Navision: Record cash receipt journal, ensure Trade receivable balance is correct withSales reconciliation file and bank account is matched with bank statement

▪ Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
▪ Experience with Navision software is an advantage
▪ Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
▪ At least 1- year experience of accounting work
▪ BA in accounting, finance or relevant field
▪ Experience with Navision is an advantage
