Receivable and Fixed Assets Accountant - Temp

Working Location: ADM VN- Thuan An, Binh Duong (Shuttle bus provided)
Reporting to: Chief Accountant
Contract Duration: 8 months
This position holder is responsible for:

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of the capital expenditure (CAPEX) plan
Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments (both local and overseas customers)
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to update and reconcile fixed asset registers regularly
In charge of monthly closing
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policy
In charge of reviewing supporting documents related to credit insurance, legal fees, and recovery to facilitate payment processing for insurance companies and legal firms on time
Serve as business partners across multiple departments
Manage the entire lifecycle of fixed assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring accurate depreciation
Review supporting documents related to the addition of fixed assets to facilitate timely payment processing.
Manage the accounts receivable and other receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Follow- up collection strategies implemented by the Credit team and collection process with the insurance company.
Prepare and analyze reports on fixed asset movements, disposals, and impairment assessments
Process customer invoices, receipts, and credit notes in a timely and efficient manner
Support other businesses
Conduct regular physical audits to verify the existence and condition of fixed assets
Perform regular reconciliations between the EPR system and BKAV to identify and resolve discrepancies
Review aging reports generated by the Credit team to ensure compliance with company policy and analyze receivable data to support financial decision- making

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent discipline is required
Analytical skills, numeracy, and financial awareness
Business Understanding: Possess strong business acumen and serve as business partners across multiple departments
Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills): Advanced experience in using Navision (or other ERP)
Working Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
Have broad experience in accounts receivable and fixed assets management, invoice processing, reconciliation, and financial analysis
