Our multinational team of physicians comes from the US, Canada, Israel, France, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, the UK, Japan, Philippines, Australia, Vietnam and Argentina. We are a growing and thriving company. More clinics and a hospital are being planned and will be operational in the future.
Key Responsibilities:

Confirm appointment bookings
Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and claims department
Welcome and interact with patients when they arrive at the clinic
Answer phones and take appointment bookings
Translate/ Interpret for doctors and patients if needed
The receptionist will need to assist in customer care and provide information to clientele on the services available at the clinic.

Inform patients’ on- time on any changes of schedule.
Answer multiple- line phones, emails, book/reschedule/cancel appointments, response to patients’ questions and provide accurate information when requested.
Advise patients of consultation fees, after hour’s charges, Public Holiday charges & specialist services & charges.
Welcome and interact with patients when they arrive at the clinic
Translate/ Interpret for doctors and patients when needed.
Be the front line of customer service; take initiative to resolve problems of unsatisfied patients in order to enhance the patient experience satisfaction.
Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and claims department.
The receptionist will need to assist in customer care and provide information to clientele on the services available at the clinic.
Outreach the patient, make sure every patient is treated; monitor & ensure an efficient flow of patient in/out including consultation, nurse triage, imaging, lab test, pharmacy and cashier.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: College or University degree
Skills:

Teamwork skills.
Good level of written and verbal English and Vietnamese
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Customer service skills.
The candidate should be a good team player and willing to assist other staff when required
Good communication and listening skills and be able to handle stressful situations in a fast paced environment
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Must be able to work autonomously and solve problems as they arise

Others:

Clinical/ Hospital experience is preferable.
