- Manage third- party services and suppliers, such as transportation, catering, and health check.
- Support in managing the administrative budget and expenses, including monitoring and tracking expenses, preparing budget reports, and ensuring cost- effective solutions in administrative operations.
- Assist the Manager in organizing events and ensuring their smooth execution.
- Provide support to other teams regarding car management and business trips
- Connect and build good relationships with local authorities to facilitate tasks effectively.
- Handle other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Provide services for expatriates, including visa and work permit management, rental house coordination, and residence card assistance.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Be hard working and responsibility
- Excellent time management and problem- solving skills.
- Good at English or Korean.
