Receptionist and Admin Staff

We are looking for a Temporary receptionist and Administration staff for 1 year, starting in Q3.2024
Main responsibilities:
Reception

Arrange car/transportation and business travel (fight arrangement, hotel, inform travel info to company travel insurer…) for all staff (keep track of Concur system)
Responsible for reception desk tasks e.g. welcome guests and employees, answer inbound and outbound calls, internal announcement (in Vietnamese and English), keep track of internal phone extension numbers, arrange meeting tea break, arrange business cards for employees

Administration tasks

Control company stamps per stamp use policy
Act as contact window to service vendors: security, car rental, taxi (Vinasun), phone (Mobifone, Viettel…), gas station, office repair, courier service (EMS), drinking water (Lavie), local fire fighting police, gardening, pest control, trash collectors...
Report monthly electricity and water use
Create purchase orders for general purchases: cellphone, stationery, office tools (printer, scanner…
Track employee registration for lunch

Other reports and projects as assigned by Direct Manager
