Receptionist cum Admin Executive

YOUR JOBS:
Admin tasks:

Assist in Office Manager
Follow up and manage office property maintenance
Assist in any ad- hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
Order and manage office supplies such as name- cards, stationaries, accessories, etc.
Provide admin support to the team and departments
Assist in the coordination of ad- hoc company functions/events
Coordinate with Accounting in payment process for suppliers, vendors.
Manage meeting room bookings from other departments, and make sure rooms are tidy and well- prepared for all meetings.

Front Office

Front desk support, (i.e. phone, voice- mail, fax, e- mail)
Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
Ensure all mail and/or deliveries are received and distributed in a timely manner

Pro- active and highly resourceful
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications is highly preferred
University/College Degree
Abilities to multi- task and work independently
Good understanding and knowledge in document control and management
Pleasant personalities, good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, mature with an attention to detail is preferred.
Fluent in English communication
Min 1- 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
