Receptionist Cum Admin / Front Desk Administrator

- Other tasks as required by the Management Board
- Welcoming guests to the clinic, responding to their inquiries
- Input client data into CRM
- Ordering and monitoring supplies as needed
- Cashiering & invoice issuing
- Handling all phone calls to the clinic
- Keep the overall clinic nice and clean
- Support other functions as required
- Remind clients about their appointments
- Scheduling appointments for clients in the CRM and maintain them as required

- Active, flexible, and a good problem-solver
- At least 2 years of experiences in Front desk, Customer services, Telesale,… Preference is given to those with work experiences in Hospitality services, skincare/healthcare industry or similar.
- Appointment scheduling and cashiering skills are highly preferred.
- Open-minded, positive attitude, team-player
- Be able to communicate with clients in English
- Age from 24 is required
- Detail-oriented, confident, responsible
- College graduate majoring in Business Administration, Hospitality, English, or any related fields
