Receptionist Cum Customer Service Officer

- Receiving repairs from walk- in customers and boutique
- Follow up with the customers/ boutique and upon approval pass the watch to the watchmaker for necessary intervention
- Prepare monthly report
- Follow up with the payment
- Prepare repair receipt
- Forward estimation to the customers/boutique
- Upon completion of the repair, do a final check (timing and functions)
- Coordinate to issue the VAT invoice
- Repair statistics by brand
- Follow up with HO for the spare parts and keep informing the customer/ Boutique on the lead time
- Inventory
- Inform the customer/boutique of the collection
- Coordinate with the watchmaker to prepare the estimation
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
- Check for the spare parts availability and place the order to HO

- Proficiency in MS Offices Skills
- Fluent English is a must
- Having Receptionist/ Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Having good attitude to learn new skills and ability for quick adaptation.
- Able to work solely, having good communication for working with other departments
- Graduated from College/ University

- Monthly bonus + 13th month/bonus etc depending on performance of the Company and the individual staff

- SI Contribution subject to Vietnam Labor Code
- Indicative salary US$400 per month, negotiable upon ability
