Position Summary
This position will work closely with Assistant Academic Manager, Head Receptionist and teaching staff to ensure all responsibilities and services are completed to assist the Little Genius daily operations. The position requires a high level of attention to detail with a clear focus on quality outcomes.
Our first priority candidate is those who enthusiastic with education and willing to have a long term commitment with our school.
Reporting Line
Reports to:Assistant Academic Manager and Head Receptionist
Indirectly reports to:Director, Academic Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Student enrolment: consult parents and arrange classes for students.
- Greet and serve visitors, welcoming them, and give an appropriate school tour.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls/emails while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Support classes/teachers/staffs and other departments when necessary.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties: update files, reports.
- Interpret and translate in a meeting, give ideas to the Director for any needed changes.
- Bus Duties
- Do other tasks as requested by supervisors and Director.
