Receptionist for Service Center ( 6 Months Temporary)

Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information or taking messages
Responsibity at VAT invoice and cash receiver per customer purchase
Receive request from customer and order on system
Receive/dispatch documents and control mail/express delivery service
Purchase and supplys things including stationary and office supplies to employees
Support for LGC chief and other member in LGC
Greet visitors entering company, direct or escort them to specific destination.

- Hard-working, careful, honest and high sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork and disciplined working spirits.
- 01 years experience in Receptionist/Admin
- English communication (TOEIC 500)
- Working well under pressure, independently.
- University graduated, major in Accounting/ Administration or other related fields
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point), internet, email.
