Receptionist/Guest Service Agent

- Store and maintain the integrity of customer information on the data system
- Provide information about the Hotel&039;s products and services to customers
- When on night shift perform all required tasks including checking the Night Report, preparing the Morning Report, and all necessary forms for the guest&039;s arrival
- Understand the business processes and service standards of the Reception Department
- Take care of customers during their stay at the Hotel. Handle guest complaints in a timely manner and check processing quality, ensuring guests are most comfortable during their stay
- Carry out guest check- in and check- out procedures according to the hotel&039;s procedures
- Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries, and requests; referee problems to Supervisor/Front Office Manager if he/she is unable to assist
- Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner
- Maintains exemplary standards of behavior, appearance/grooming, and attitude
- Coordinate and work effectively with all other departments in the Hotel
- Handle payment process for customers

- Professional communication & good English skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and creative
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
* Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Diploma Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in the same position
