Receptionist/ Lễ tân khách sạn

• Each end shift, the Receptionist will fully clear her/his station and do a full and detailed handover with the following shift.
• The receptionist ensures that guests are provided with the immediate and professional service
• The Receptionist has a selling role to play, she/he has to ensure that all the payment received are accurate with the rate given and she/he has to increase the hotel revenue applying the up- sell strategy
• Change foreign currency when is requested by guests
• To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi are followed successfully and permanently.
• She/he will ensure that her/his section is perfectly tidy at any time, the accessories & stationary used for the operations are refill as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly.
• The Receptionist will ensure that all check in and check out are made in line with the standards established. She/he will be especially attentive on the audit, immigration & guest history issues. She/he will then ensure that operations handled by her/his own are fully completed, correct and effecient.
• The Receptionist will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the front desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the check in and check out process, which occur at the front desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.
• She/he will check in details to ensure her/his cashier report is correct and with the entire backup attached.

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
