Mô tả công việc

• Handle associate request for sickness, day off and leave in accordance to company policy.
• Ensure cleaning materials are available for operation and raises necessary requisition when stocks are running low.
• Planning and executes activities as directed
• Check and monitor that Water Park and beach set- up is in accordance to hotel standards.
• Be responsible for all staff on duty and ensuring that associates are watching all guests while swimming in all areas of Water Park
• Prepare, review staff shift roster and assign duties accordingly.
• Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate associates.
• Provide assistance with other activities or events as required
• Coordinate with Water Park Manager and associates to plan for revenue growth
• Direct and controls all subordinate associates to ensure that day to day operational matter handled on time and guest expectations are met
• Participate in development programs provided by the company.
• Ensure all rescue equipment is in good working condition and report any defected equipment to Water Park Manager
• Ensure and coordinate the operation of Water Park, achieving the guest satisfaction and expectations
• Always follow up on all equipment that has been sent for repairs and report to superior any delays caused by the second party.
• Assist in any set up of any function, event organized by any departments requiring assistance.
• Ensure safety standards are followed by all associates all the time
• Report and initiate maintenance and requirements and rectification request,
• Assist and work closely with Water Park Manager to develop/ maintain all activities in Water park
• Conducts frequent checks ensuring mise- en- place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, associate grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.
• Select, trains, and evaluates performance of subordinate associate
• Notify your superior on all damages or breakdowns detected in the work area and any materials which is use for guest convenience.
• Ensure that the work area is properly maintained and cleaned in accordance to company standards.
• Monitor all maintenance requirements and condition of sun loungers, umbrella, pool table, and cleaning equipment.
• Handle customer complaints and special request from guest
• Oversees the service standards in all activity areas ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations
• Perform any other duty/duties that may be assigned to him/ her by his or her department head.
• Provides guidance and assistance to all associates, helping them in the execution of their responsibilities and helping them to set their own goals and objectives

Yêu cầu công việc

• Problem solving skill
• Graduation from University of Physical education and sports
• Management and organization skill
• Good communication
• At least 2 years experiences in hotel 4/5 star with equivalent position
• Lifeguard certificate is require
