Recreation Manager / Quản lý Giải trí

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
• Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
• Ensures all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
• Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Financial
• Ensures that the Department&039;s operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.
• Prepares budget forecasts and marketing plans in conjunction with the EAM- Rooms.
• Monitors all costs and recommends/institutes measures to control them in accordance with the annual budget.
• Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi- skilling, multi- tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
Marketing
• Attends function, promotions for and on behalf of the Recreation as when necessary.
• Greets VIP guests and potential members personally as when necessary.

Experience –
• More than 2 years’ experience in managing Recreation function in 5- star hotels, and a pre- opening experience is an advantage.
