• Knows all our products (Sports & Recreation) and promotes, up selling to guest if any chance.
• To ensure all the equipment, set up is ready before activity conducted.
• Maintain constant communication with all supervisors and subordinates.
• Notify superior on all damages or breakdowns detected in the work area and any materials which are used for guest convenience.
• Coordinate with the different departmental heads on joint activities programs and assist other departments when required.
• Has detailed understanding of safety procedures and follow
• Perform any other duty/duties that may be assigned to him/her by his/ her department head.
• Supervise, and if necessary, discipline Associates under direct control.
• Control the expenditure of material within the department and its sections.
• Receive activities booking from in- house guest and outside guest and ensure accurate recording within the booking system
• Ensure department materials are sufficient to avoid cancellation on activities.
• Complete task that have been outlined from superior.
• Manage the bookings, emails, events and activities requested.
• Ensure that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually
• Handle Associate request forms for sickness
• Ensure that all towels are regularly sent to Laundry for cleaning and sufficient stocks are at store
• Ensure the established programs are followed and supervised successfully.
• Prepare staff shift rosters, assign duties and distribute accordingly.
• Distribute activity tasks to activity officers during their duty.
• Assist in any set up of any function, event organized by any department requiring assistance
• Handle customer complaints effectively or reports them to superior
• Ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service during their stay

Knowledgeable of all department activities

Understands the health and safety, fire and emergency procedures, CPR, First aid and other
