- Respond to emergency cases
- Handling guest complaints and escalade to manager if there is any arisen issues for proper solutions.
- Introducing entertainment services to guests
- Guiding and Supervising colleagues&039; tasks in the working shift
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- Coordinating with other departments for special requests.
- Establishing and supervising activities, yoga, Tai Chi, exercises, beach volleyball.
- Managing birthday, sport teams, company&039;s activities
- Assist Recreation Manager in recruitment, training and supervising colleagues.
- Ensure hygienic conditions of equipments including gym, Kid Planet Trekker, Children Entertainment area and water sports.
- Coordinating, making plan, guiding indoor and outdoor activities, and sports to guests.

- Good command in English
- Excellent service oriented mind
- Graduated from College/University Hospitality or related field.
- Guest Complaint handling skill
- At least 2- 3 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experiences, preferably experience in international 4- 5 star hotel/resort.
