Recruit & Training Leader

Develop a professional training process for collaborators;
Provide support for opening new markets in the Southern region;
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Manage the staff of the Recruitment and Training Team at satellite offices;
Coordinate with relevant departments to update training programs in alignment with the company&039;s service development;
Monitor and oversee the mass recruitment process for the operations department;

Have minimum 5 years of experience in a Recruit & Training Leader;
Priority is given to candidates with experience in mass recruitment
Ability to handle situations flexibly, self- study and high sense of responsibility.
Ability to proactively develop plans;
Strong communication skills;
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field;
Have a laptop.
