Recruitment Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor the performance of the search strategy and suggest improvements if necessary;
• Prepare periodic reports on candidate search progress and results to the line manager
• Other tasks as assigned by the line Manager.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with candidates and the professional community;
• Communicate in a professional and engaging manner to create a positive impression of the company’s employer brand;
• Support measure conversion rates;
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
• Maintain candidate databases (via the company’s Applicant Tracking System);
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn);
Experience & Knowledge:
• Detail- oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven successful recruitment from LinkedIn is a plus.
• Advanced English; Intermediate German language (B1/B2)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
