Recruitment Assistant Intern (Hybrid)

Note:

This position is NOT open for final- year students.

Responsibilities:

Screen resumes and application forms;
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates;
Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information);
Support all internal and external HR- related inquiries or requests.
Post new positions on websites and job boards;

Requirements:

Can work well under pressure and achieve tasks on time.
No experience is needed, we will offer training sessions and coaching for you;
Good Google Workplace skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken);
Majoring in HR or related fields is a plus;
Have the ability to work online;
Willing to learn and have a can- do attitude;
