RECRUITMENT CONSULTING (QV343YW8)
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (RC) to join our team and help us fill open positions with qualified candidates.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will lead the recruitment and development of your own client base in any of industries including but not limited to Technology, Industrials, Legal, Sales and Marketing, C-Suite, and Finance disciplines across Banking, Construction, Engineering, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing and other industries.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and client companies. You should also be familiar with online and offline sourcing techniques, like networking and searching for potential hires through resume databases.
Ultimately, you will place qualified candidates in a timely manner and build talent pipelines for our future hiring needs.
A Recruitment Consultant will do
- Pitching new businesses, and building long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client and managing the complete recruitment process together with your clients
- Providing consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
- Coordinating with hiring managers in client companies to define necessary requirements for open roles, providing counsel to hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates, and acting as the primary negotiator and closer to selected candidates.
- Proactively identifying and recruiting passive candidates, using sourcing strategies, cold calling, and networking tools, then advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Joining social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
- Conducting benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
- Taking part in various activities to broadcast the company brand name to attract talents, and attend and coordinate career days, and job fairs.
A Recruitment Consultant being qualified as
- Bachelors degree is a must
- Minimum 01 year of experience in Headhunting or Sales (any industry)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills
- Performance-driven mindset, Hard-working and aggressive
- A Can-do attitude is necessary
Recruitment Process: (3 rounds)
1. CV Application (English CV only)
2. Interview with HR (Vietnamese & English)
3. Interview with Director (English)
