Recruitment Consultant

Candidate and client management

Achieve individual and department target as per agreed KPIs.
Conduct interviews of applicants to identify suitable senior candidates for placement purposes.
Prepare/follow up proposals with clients in cooperation with managers/consultants.
Approach clients in specific industry sectors to gain senior level vacancies and handle senior job placement orders from start to finish (including timely collection of fees).

Business Development & Strategies

Develop the business, build up/maintain good client’s relationship.
Actively market the company/ services to clients and candidates.
Assist with division/ company business development needs.
Cooperate with other managers/ consultants to meet corporate target and provide excellent customer services to clients.
Collect/relay market information to superior maximizing business opportunities.

Excellent with searching and mapping skills and candidate targeting requirements.
Ability to organize, negotiate and multi- task.
English and Vietnamese languages requirements.
Experienced in recruiting and headhunting.
High attention to detail and quality processes.
Prospecting for new business.
Utilizing a database and your existing network effectively.
Building and managing client and candidate relationships.
Professional, productivity and proactive personalities.
