Recruitment:
• Implement recruitment procedure and other activities related to the onboarding stage as well as support during the probation period;
• Establish and enhance Employer Brand:
- Collaborate and coordinate Job Fairs, Interview days, Seminars, etc. organized by universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc..
- Maintain relationships with universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc. to ensure a sustainable talent pool for recruitment;
- Manage and improve content on recruitment channels;
• Develop the Recruitment Management System;
• Update progress and evaluate recruitment effectiveness;
• Handle internship activities.
Compliance & Labor Relations:
• Take part in establishing, amending, and abolishing Company Labor Rules and Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, Regulation on Job Assignment and Responsibility;
• Take part in setting up Dialogue at the Workplace, Employee Conference, Long Service Reward activities, and deploying the Workforce Nutrition software and other related policies.
• Legal updates on laws related to recruitment activities and labor relations.
Document & Process Management
• Track the implementation and execution of processes according to established standards.
• Update processes and guidelines related to Section&039;s activities;
• Draft, manage, and store internal documents of Section;
Software & Management System Support:
• Provide guidance and support to users on software- related issues.
• Ensure smooth software operation and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical issues;
• Monitor Section&039;s management software system;
Other Responsibilities:
• Arrange and organize internal meetings, prepare related documents.
• Manage contract & payment for vendors (Headhunting companies, Gift production companies, Software company, etc.);
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Support and collaborate with other Sections in the HR Department to realize common goals of the Department.
• Implement 5S tasks of section
