* Summary: The Recruitment Execxutive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring that the company hires qualified candidates who align with the organization’s culture and goals.
Recruitment
Propose salary for selected candidates with a competitive package range compared with external and internal benchmark.
Conduct interviews and assessment process with related stakeholders to select suitable candidates
Always strategize for more innovative ways of finding qualified candidates that accelerate the hiring process.
Proactively understand the skill sets that each division/department needs in their staff to improve the hiring.
Proactively attract target candidates through job posting and approaching by utilizing different channels, social media platforms, networking, available database, referrals and other recruitment programs.
Determine as need assessment evaluation and success profile for each position.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers & HRM to assess what knowledge, skills and competencies abilities needed for each job opening.
Hiring timeline
Prioritize urgent hiring needs to be more effective in recruitment time.
Determine how to measure the effectiveness of recruiting tools to reduce hiring timeline.
D
atabase management
Ensure sufficient input CVs into resume database.
Ensure to update the current situation of applicants and their salary information.
Onboarding
Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, collecting and filing new hire’s documents and coordinating orientation sessions.
Job fairs and events
Coordinate with Recruitment Team to execute job fairs activities at universities and other related tasks.
Report
Monthly recruitment report.
Complete other ad hoc recruitment reports if any.
Process
maintenance and continuous improvement:
Ensure that the recruitment process complies with internal policy and legal requirements.
Support other HR jobs if any, assigned by HR Manager
Continuously seek for process improvement in all recruitment activities where necessary to gain better productivity as expected from the company.
