Recruitment For INCOME GENERATION Officer (Nhân Viên Phát Triển Sinh Kế)

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal:
- Country Director, General Manager, Managers/Officers in HO, PMs, Project Officers
External:
- GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental. Officials, INGOs, Communities.
MAIN DUTIES
Support households to develop the livestock and agricultural production process in accordance with Viet GAHP/ OCOP standards.
Monitor and update figures relating to IG activities, make assessment and make report to HO and PM as required;
Receive and check information of IGG, households and community to submit to Head Office ( HO);
Record, track, store documents and data related to the IG activities; participate in evaluating the effectiveness, results of operations, report to project manager and HO;
Support IGG, households, member of cooperative and beneficiaries with implementing activities effectively;
Strengthen relationship between GNI and local government in IG development in community;
Perform other tasks assigned by Project Manager and Division Manager in HO
Manage revolving fund, regularly visit, monitor the use of loan by HED group members; ensure the loans are used for the right purpose, and reimbursement regulations;
Research and propose activities on cooperative, household economic development basing on local economic situation;
Survey to establish new Income Generation Groups (IGGs) in project area; Carry out procedures to establish new IGGs and cooperatives;
Receive information of IG development activities to deploy to beneficiary;
Actively search, contact with potential customers for selling IG products;
Monitor and conduct technical supports for memberships
Monitor and manage household economic development group to beneficiary.
Guide beneficiaries, member of cooperative about methods and techniques in doing proposal of activities;

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education:
- University degree in relevant fields such as agriculture, crop science, plant protection, rural development, agricultural development and other related fields.
Requirements:
- Possess experience and skill in planning and implementing activity.
- Minimum 01 year of similar role;
Skills:
- Work in group and work independently;
- Friendly, honest and hard-working;
- Prefer candidate with good English and computer skill; Attitude
- Eager to learn
- Able to work under high pressure;
- Enthusiastic in work;
- Good communication and presentation skill;
