Recruitment Intern (Teacher Experience Department)

Support recruitment activities:

Screen CV and conduct phone interview as assigned
Research; analyze and create suitable content on TED’s Fan page
Set up and host online interviews/demos as assigned
Prepare and send offer letters as assigned
Check and respond to messages on social channels of Recruitment team
Post/ share job information/ JDs on groups/ forums/ other sources
Collect records, and documents to input the database

Process, policies, and regulation:

Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operations to the right standard;
Update and make necessary reports
Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED

Others:

Other ad- hoc tasks assigned by TED Recruitment team

Hardware: At least RAM >= 8 GB AND CPU has 4 cores OR 1.8 GHz
Have a private laptop, mic, headphone, and camera.
Be able to use G- Suit and Microsoft Office
Can communicate in English fluently
Operation System: at least MacOS: 10.9 /Windows: 10 Professional;
Proactive; Highly responsible; Teamwork spirit; Flexible in work schedule.
3 rd /4 th- year students. All majors are welcome.
IELTS certificate(>6.0)/ EFset test result >=70 is an advantage
Graphic design is an advantage
