Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Post jobs on social networking sites, recruitment websites and answer candidates' questions
• Search candidates' resources on recruitment websites and filter suitable candidates
• Call to access recruitment information and proactively look for potential candidates for the position of Financial Planning Specialist - PruPlanner
• Arrange interviews and inform the interview results
• Other: to be assigned by the Line Manager or Company's management (if any)

Support

• Assist Recruitment Department in accepting, organizing, checking documents and contracts of candidates
• Follow and support candidates to join the online training before Onboarding day

Job Requirements:

Qualification and experience

• Graduated College/ University with major of Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related subjects
• Have experience in recruiting or supporting recruiting sales (Insurance, Real Estates, Securities, Banking,...)

Knowledge and skill

• Be diligent, proactive and inquisitive
• Be confident and good at communication
• Have a long - term development orientation in Human Resources field
