Recruitment Leader

Conduct thorough labor market research to identify qualified candidates and build a strong employer brand.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including developing headcount plans, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Generate comprehensive reports on HR operations, training, and recruitment activities.
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet current and future staffing needs.
Conduct and manage internal HR audits and be prepared to address customer audits.
Forecast and manage HR budgets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
Lead HR strategy projects to ensure alignment with business goals and customer demands.
Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs that comply with legal requirements, customer needs, and company objectives.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment management, ideally in a company with over 1,000 employees
Proven track record of implementing best practices and adhering to customer standards in the garment industry
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional Human Resources Management certification (preferred)
In- depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and the garment industry labor market
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources or a related field (e.g., Business Administration)
